David Relihan Founder & Principal

David Relihan founded RAY Value Add Partners to finance and execute improvements that increase the rental value of existing residential properties.

Prior to founding RVAP, David practiced corporate and M&A law at Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Grubman Shire Meiselas & Sacks in New York, advising public and private companies, investors and other clients on corporate transactions and related matters.

David received a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
